Portrait Packages
The digital revolution has meant that we can use photographs in so many different ways and no longer are beautiful photographs only destined to be framed and displayed. Digital file versions of photographs can be posted to social media, emailed and used in a variety of different ways. Our digital portrait packages are designed for commercial and personal use. We also offer head-shots for simpler portfolios, so please contact us for details. Our standard packages are shown below however if you need a tailored portrait photography and/or videography package please let us know using our contact page.
NOTICE:
Travel and/or accommodation costs are charged separately from the packages below (if/when required and depending on travel requirements). We also recommend booking 1-2 months in advance when possible.
Portfolio portraits photography packaged tailored for, indoors or outdoors, and for people who wish to build their portfolio. Photography can include genres such as: Portraits, Lifestyle, Fitness, Sports, Fashion, Glamour, Boudoir etc. If you are a model and you wish to build your portfolio, or if you are professional in your career and you wish to build your digital and social presence, this is the package for you.
Service Description
1-2 Hour consultation to figure out styles, angles, colours, lenses needed and picking your ideal photoshoots.
4 Hour prelim photography session, in Studio or Location (*used to figure out what works best for you)
4 Hour studio or location finalised and planned photography session, to get the shots you want!

Policies
Cancellation Policy
50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 50% remainder due prior to the photoshoot. Payments may be made by credit card upon receiving an invoice. Additional cancellation details in supplied contract.
Weather Policy
Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer.
License Policy
Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline. Focal is granted the right to use any photos for self-promotion. Credit will be given to the photographer. If you do not want your images used in this manner please let your photographer know during the booking process and we will honour your request.
Extension Policy
Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply. Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate.
